I grew up in a family of hard working entrepreneurs. My entire family consisted of small business owners throughout Southern California. My grandparents, parents and aunt and uncle all owned and operated restaurants in Los Angeles and San Diego county. I mention this because I am very proud of them but mostly to explain how well I understand the challenges and legal pitfalls that can arise for a small business.
